Known as 'Big Tom'.

Every Sunday morning he met William O'Hanlon after Mass at Berkley Road. They would walk around the centre of Dublin City criticising the stanard of workmanship on all new buildings. They would then go for a drink.

At the time of the 1911 census he lived in the same temenent house (10 Upper Gloucester Street, now Seán Mc Dermot Street) as William O Hanlon.

His father-in-law owned house in Hardwicke Street. Moved to 70 Homefarm Road Drumcondra around 1942.

Came originally from around Pearse Street.

Bumpsey's grandmother used to mind him.

Was a heavy smoker and had chest problems all of his life

He married Mary Frances White - 753, daughter of Peter White & Mary Anne Lynam, 24 June 1908 in Pro-Cathedral. Born 4 January 1886 in Capel Street, Dublin or 1 Hardwicke Street. Died 4 December 1958., Fr O'Reilly
